弊社は建設業の会社なので、工学部を卒業したとか、設計やCADの経験があるというのが理想ではあります。
しかし、自分にはそういう学歴や経歴が無いけれど近藤設備に入社したい、という強い意志をお持ちの方で、コミュニケーション能力に長けている方ならば是非、応募していただきたいと思っています。

2.入社後の流れはどのようになっていますか？【新卒向け】

入社後は一年間の新人研修を受けていただき、入社二年目に正式配属となります。
研修内容は、まず建設業界や製品、自社について一定期間学び、その後は現場や工場にて実習をしていただきます。ここまでを半年間で行います。

3.設備業界に関する知識がない場合でも応募は可能でしょうか？

入社後に新卒採用向けの研修、キャリア採用向けのOJT（実務による人材育成）を通して知識を習得できますので、心配なさらずに応募していただければと思います。

4.応募に際し、学部学科による有利・不利はありますか？

5.同業他社と比べた時の近藤設備の強みを教えてください。

他の会社ではなかなか使いこなせていない3DCADを駆使し、BIMを実現している設計部門が弊社の一番の強みです。
また、技術力のある作業者が多いので、工事の品質にも自信があります。それから、社員同士の仲が良く、社員が団結しているところも会社としての強みです。

6.今後の設備業界に求められるものはどのようなことだと思われますか？

人材確保とＩＴ化の推進だと考えます。

7.会社として、今後力を入れていこうと考えていることは何ですか？ 

精度の高い工事を行うことはもちろんのこと、自然エネルギーやCo2削減など、環境に優しい企業を目指していきたいと思っています。

1. Are there any qualifications that applicants should have before joining the company?

Our company is a construction company, so if possible, it would be best for someone who has graduated from an engineering department or has experience or study in design and CAD. If you have a strong will and good communication skills, we would like you to apply.

2. What is the flow after joining the company? [For new graduates]

After joining the company, you will undergo training for one year, after which you will be officially assigned.

As for the training, first of all, you will study the industry, company, products, etc., and then you will have practical training at the site and factory. It will take half a year.

3.Is it possible to apply even if I have no knowledge of the equipment industry?

After joining the company, you will be able to acquire knowledge through training (for new graduates) and OJT (for mid-career hires), so you don’t need to worry anything. Please apply.

4. When applying, are there any advantages or disadvantages depending on the faculty/department?

Since our company is in the construction industry, it would be best for someone who has graduated from an engineering department or has experience in design and CAD. Applicants will be judged based on their motivation, aptitude, personality, etc., so there are no advantages or disadvantages depending on the faculty/department.

5.What do you think are the strengths of Kondo Equipment compared to other companies in the same industry?

Our greatest strength is the design department that realizes BIM by making full use of 3DCAD, which other companies have not yet mastered.

In addition, there are many workers with technical skills, so we are confident in the quality of the construction. Another strength of the company is that the employees get along well and are united.

6.What do you think will be required of the equipment industry in the future?

Securing human resources and promotion of IT.

7. What would Kondo Equipment like to focus on in the future?

I think Kondo Equipment would like to aim to become an environmentally friendly company, not only by carrying out high-precision construction, but also by using natural energy and reducing CO2 emissions.
